While most certification programs only focus on retention of information, we provide 3 distinct levels of certification to validate:
Validate retention/ knowledge of "Best-in-Class", ethical methodologies, tools and techniques for all aspects of the recruitment function and development of a Deployment Plan for implementation.
Validate implementation of "Best-in-Class", ethical methodologies, tools and techniques for all aspects of the recruitment function.
Validate (via audit) implementation of a continuous improvement (TQM) quarterly life cycle.
Validate superior performance versus your peers. To become platinum certified, you must demonstrate (using metrics/benchmarking) that you are at least 20% more productive and efficient than internal (or industry) peers.
