Our educational solution is designed to improve the skills of recruiters. This often means asking an individual to change behaviors and create a new (or break!) habit/routine. For most people, behavior modification is a very difficult thing to do!
In developing our educational solution, we studied the most successful Behavior Modification methodologies/programs and weaved these methods into our curriculum.
Our 5-Step Instructional Design Methodology ensures knowledge transfer, behavior modification and improved performance, outlined as follows:
- Once we have defined the optimal organizational structure needed to meet defined service level agreements, we perform a competency/skills gap analysis on each of your staff members.
- Based on this analysis, we customize our curriculum to address competency and skill gaps identified within your staff.
- We then role out our structured program to the entire staffing organization, guaranteed to improve overall performance and reduce cost.
- Each staff member will have the opportunity to become a LEAN Certified Recruiter.
- We implement a 90-day LEAN Behavior Modification Lifecycle required to create a culture passionate about life long learning and continuous improvement. This includes the review of recruitment analytics to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives, as well as ongoing programs based on needs/gap analysis.
